Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at XIAOHUI TECH PTY LIMITED This Refund Policy applies to all power tools and accessories purchased from our website.

  1. Refund Eligibility  
    You may apply for a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is defective, damaged or not matching the website description;

  • The product has quality issues confirmed by our inspection;

  • Wrong item, missing parts or incomplete delivery caused by our error.

  1. Non-Refundable Conditions

    Refunds will not be approved in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly, modification or negligence;

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts;

  • Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day period;

  • Products returned without original packaging or with obvious man-made damage;

  • Returns without valid reason and without our confirmation.

  1. Refund Process  
  2. Contact our customer service to submit a refund application with order number, clear photos or videos of the product issue and detailed description;

  3. We will review and respond within 1–3 business days;

  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions and address. We bear the return shipping cost only for issues caused by product quality or our delivery error;

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

  6. Replacement Option  
    Instead of a refund, you may choose a product replacement under the same eligibility conditions.
